A wide type with extended legs to accommodate 1,100 double-sided pallets. Can be used for stacking pallets, etc. Completely made to order, it takes about 45 days.
■Wide manual lifter designed for basic lifting and lowering functions
The forks of the trolley move up and down, so you can move from shelf to shelf according to the height, making it easy to move from shelf to shelf. Since it is a manual type, no power supply is required.
Basically, by rowing the handle, a hydraulic cylinder is actuated via a pump, which raises the fork. Descending can be stopped at any position by loosening the valve. By expanding and modifying the width of the front legs, the fork can be inserted into a 1,100 mm double-sided pallet, making it possible to perform stacking operations. However, since the main unit is larger, it is difficult to maneuver it in tight spaces. please note.
■Quick frying mechanism Speed and safety
When there is no load (light load), the table rises 2 to 3 times faster, increasing work efficiency. It has a safety design that automatically switches to normal speed when a certain load is exceeded.
I think it's a good idea to use "Normal" when handling delicate or unstable cargo, and switch to "Quick Fry" for other situations. This will be left to the discretion of the operator. Please use it safely.
■Built-in safety-oriented automatic load check valve device
The weight of the cargo cannot be seen visually. Automatic load check valves prevent overloading during lifts, protecting workers and product.
