About This Product
It is inexpensive for small to medium loads and is the most commonly used. The front wheel casters are always free and the turning radius is not restricted. Cannot be used in conjunction. Uses towing casters (RGJHW,RGKHW). Radial bearings are used for the wheels and thrust bearings are used for the rotating parts.
Casters follow the road surface conditions, so they may swing in the direction of travel. In particular, when driving when the road surface is sloped in the width direction of the bogie, the tracking performance with the traction vehicle is poor. Maximum speed within the premises is 4km/h. Please note that the tow bar is fixed to the main body. We also have requests for transportation using unmanned carriers.
■Please be careful
Towing with a forklift is not supported. We have confirmed cases where forklifts were used for towing purposes and documents were sent to prosecutors for "unintended use."
■Notes
・The allowable load is based on flat driving at a speed of 4km/h or less.
・Please refrain from using the product at speeds or loads that exceed the settings.
・For on-campus use only.
Precautions when using the on-site trailer trolley
■Applications
Trolleys and transport trolleys are used to transport cargo. It is not intended to display people or animals.
■Selection
Please select based on the size of your luggage and allowable load.
■Usage environment
The operation is set based on normal temperature and flat ground within the premises. Please avoid using in special environments such as acids, alkalis, seawater, oil, and underwater. Doing so may cause damage.
■About towing speed Please adjust to the settings of each model.
・No-puncture tire type: Up to 10km/h within the premises
・Caster type: Up to 4km/h within the premises
■Prohibitions
・For passenger use and public road use
・Use on uneven ground or farmland
・Waterholes, underwater / Under the sea / In environments where you are immersed in seawater
・Speed exceeding product settings
・Overloading
・Unbalanced load, loading method that significantly protrudes from the loading platform
- Not compatible with boat trailers, agricultural trailers, and mobile homes that run on public roads. Festival floats and mikoshi are also prohibited for passenger use.
