About This Product
Dollys that are pulled by a power vehicle (towing vehicle) must be strong because of the forced force that is applied to them. In addition, since they are connected for mass transportation, steering performance is required to follow the trajectory of the power vehicle as much as possible. Focusing on this point, we have adopted the turntable 4WS system and use hub-type non-puncture tires. The speed limit is up to 10km/h within the premises.
Tire size can be set from 250mm depending on the cargo bed size and load. Standard colors are white or black. For improving logistics within factories, distribution centers, material storage areas, etc. A tow vehicle is required for use. Towing with a forklift is not recommended.
■Features
・It is a 4WS type trolley consisting of two turntables.
- Suitable for transporting medium loads up to 2,000kg.
- By controlling the steering of the front and rear wheels, the trajectory of the front and rear wheels is almost the same, making it suitable for turning in aisles.
・Since backing up is not possible, you will need to set a lap route. However, the number of connections may need to be adjusted in narrow aisles relative to the length of the loading platform.
- Speed within the premises is 10km/h or less.
■Please be careful
Towing with a forklift is not supported. There have been confirmed cases where forklifts were used for towing purposes and documents were sent to prosecutors for "unintended use."
■Other notes
・The allowable load is based on flat driving at a speed of 10 km/h or less.
・Please refrain from using the product at speeds or loads that exceed the settings.
・For on-campus use only. Riding or using on public roads is prohibited.
Precautions when using the on-site trailer trolley
■Applications
Trolleys and transport trolleys are used to transport cargo. It is not intended to display people or animals.
■Selection
Please select based on the size of your luggage and allowable load.
■Usage environment
The operation is set based on normal temperature and flat ground within the premises. Please avoid using in special environments such as acids, alkalis, seawater, oil, and underwater. Doing so may cause damage.
■About towing speed Please adjust to the settings of each model.

・Caster type: Up to 4km/h within the premises
