About This Product

This trolley is convenient for moving pallets (single-sided type) and equipment with a fork inserted into the bottom. If you don't think about stacking pallets and only "move" them, you can transport pallets without the need for a forklift. Kalos wheels are a technology of Okudaya Giken Co., Ltd. ■Easy to operate by anyone.

The basic operation is to raise the pallet slightly above the ground by rowing the handle toward you and raising the fork. At the destination of transportation, the forks are lowered and removed from the pallet by operating the lever on the handle. It's just a pallet move. Please note that the lifting and lowering here is a function that raises the pallet slightly above the ground for transportation.

■Made with emphasis on safety and maintainability

- Automatic load check valve prevents overloading during lift, protecting workers and products. ・The valve cleaning device easily cleans the inside of the valve and maintains the normal valve condition. ・The no-packing hydraulic pump does not use consumable packing, eliminating oil leaks and making maintenance unnecessary.

■You can choose from a wide variety of standard models.

■Applications

The lifter trolley is a derivative model of the transport trolley, with the added function of raising and lowering the loading platform. It cannot be used in ways such as height adjustment in units of several millimeters or as a substitute for a jack. Also, it is not intended to display people/animals.

■Selection

Please select based on the size of your luggage and allowable load.

■Usage environment

The operation is set based on normal temperature and flat ground within the premises. Please avoid using in special environments such as acids, alkalis, seawater, oil, and underwater. Doing so may cause damage.

■About the stopper

・Make sure to press the stopper lever all the way with your foot. Please use it with your feet as there is a risk of getting your hands caught. ・Do not force the movement with the stopper attached. - Do not apply the stopper while driving, as this may cause damage.
