About This Product

■Bridgestone single tire for carts without grooves

The Bridgestone tire pattern is U-lug with horizontal grooves. We have prepared sizes for use in trolleys and carts. Pneumatic tires consist of a tire, tube, and wheel. Tires and tubes are consumable parts. If you use a trolley or cart for a long time, it will be time to replace it. You will also have to deal with sudden punctures. Precautions when using industrial tires

■Applications

Industrial tires are used for transportation by being attached to transport carts and equipment and used to transport cargo intermittently using human power. It cannot be used for items that carry people or animals.

■Selection

The displayed allowable load is the maximum value. Please calculate the appropriate load separately for actual operation. (Example: Appropriate load = Allowable load of 1 piece x Quantity (4 pieces) x 0.7) *Please calculate by multiplying by 0.5~0.6 depending on the situation. *Please consider the appropriate load including the cart's own weight.

■About installation

When replacing, please select tires with the same tire size, shaft diameter, boss width, etc. Industrial tires are not general products for individuals. To prevent accidents, please note that you cannot use this product if you do not know how to install or process it.

■Usage speed

The basic speed is 4km/h or less. It is based on the walking speed of a person. However, this excludes casters for towing that have a separate speed description.

■Usage environment

The allowable load is set based on normal temperature and flat ground on the premises. Avoid using in special environments such as acids, alkalis, seawater, oil, or underwater. For high and low temperatures, please refer to the dedicated page.

■About the stopper

There are no basic settings for industrial tires. Please prepare wheel chocks depending on the size.

■Prohibitions

・Usage exceeding the maximum allowable load in the catalog ・Speed ​​exceeding setting ・Special locations or extremely uneven locations ・Condition that is not securely fixed with bolts and nuts ・Use for carrying people and animals

■Inspection, maintenance, replacement

Rust and deterioration of parts may occur due to usage environment, usage conditions, and long-term use. During regular inspections, check that the mounting parts and axles are not loose. Also, check that the wheels are not worn out on one side. Since the frequency of use and mileage differs depending on the customer, we recommend that customers set their own inspection schedule, such as once a month or once every three months.
