About This Product

■List of individual pneumatic tires and tube products (tire parts for trolleys and carts)Pneumatic tires consist of a tire, tube, and wheel. Tires and tubes are consumable parts. If you use a trolley or cart for a long time, it will be time to replace it. You will also have to deal with sudden punctures. At Chubu Sangyo, we can supply starting from just one piece. Pneumatic tires and tubes come in a variety of sizes, and we often receive requests for just tires or tubes. We will introduce products made by Bridgestone and overseas products according to size. There are two types of tubes: direct valve type and L valve type. Please check the shape you are using.

Your tires have a size (for example, 2.50-4) written on the side of the tire. Please check this. You need to check not only the size of the tube, but also the valve shape (air inlet). There are two types: direct valve type (straight shape) and L valve type (nearly right-angled curved shape).

■Bridgestone tubeBridgestone tire tube. Please pay attention to the valve shape when ordering. Please specify the tube shape (straight valve or L valve) when ordering.

■NotesWhen replacing the tube, be careful not to get the tube caught in the tire or wheel. Please be careful as there are many problems during replacement. This may cause damage to the tube. Also, scratches and rust on the wheels may cause punctures when replacing them. please note. Items damaged during work are not eligible for replacement due to initial defects.

■ApplicationsIndustrial tires are used for transportation by being attached to transport carts and equipment and used to transport cargo intermittently using human power. It cannot be used for items that carry people or animals.

■SelectionThe allowable load displayed is the maximum value. Please calculate the appropriate load separately for actual operation. (Example: Appropriate load = Allowable load of 1 piece x Quantity (4 pieces) x 0.7) *Please calculate by multiplying by 0.5~0.6 depending on the situation. *Please consider the appropriate load including the cart's own weight.
