■Towing truck tires ID type (pneumatic)
Hub-type pneumatic tires have radial bearings built into the hub. The tires themselves also have a higher number of plies (tire strength). The tire, wheel, and hub are all stronger than a hubless type pneumatic tire for the same size. It is more suitable for transporting the weight of an on-site trailer than a hand truck.
When assembling to the trolley, it is installed with a bracket via the axle rather than casters. Although it cannot be easily attached to the trolley body like casters, it provides a sturdy suspension. This is a product for on-site trailers for factories and distribution centers. Not suitable for passenger use, farmland, or public roads. Also, it is not suitable for use in locations where salt damage is expected.
Although the tires require air adjustment, they are more resistant to rough roads than puncture-free tires and can be driven on slightly rough roads. Mainly used for trolleys and transport vehicles. Please use at a speed of 10 km/h or less within the premises.
■About selection
Pneumatic tires naturally lose air pressure, just like car and bicycle tires. We recommend regular maintenance. Also, when selecting the load capacity, as an example, the tire will deflect, so calculate it as "(maximum load per tire x 4 tires) *50% to 60% = total load". (Varies depending on platform size and loading method)
*For carrying luggage. It cannot be used for riding, on public roads, farmland, or farm roads, or in camping trailers or trailer houses.
■Normal delivery date
Production starts from 14 days due to made-to-order production.
Precautions when using industrial tires
■Applications
Industrial tires are used for transportation by being attached to transport carts and equipment and used to transport cargo intermittently using human power. It cannot be used for items that carry people or animals.
■Selection
The displayed allowable load is the maximum value. Please calculate the appropriate load separately for actual operation. (Example: Appropriate load = Allowable load of 1 piece x Quantity (4 pieces) x 0.7) *Please calculate by multiplying by 0.5~0.6 depending on the situation. *Please consider the appropriate load including the cart's own weight.
■About installation
When replacing, please select tires with the same tire size, shaft diameter, boss width, etc. Industrial tires are not general products for individuals. To prevent accidents, please note that you cannot use this product if you do not know how to install or process it.
