About This Product
■No-puncture tires, hub type, for towing trolleys, for on-site trailers
The puncture-free tires with hub specifications have a strong structure using JIS standard radial bearings in the hub bearing. Ideal as a powerful undercarriage for towed intramural transport trailers. Examples of implementation include vehicle manufacturers, automobile manufacturers, and manufacturing industries. We have many achievements related to festivals.
■About the structure of non-puncture tires for shafts
-Uses non-puncture tires (manufactured by Aichi Tire Industry), and combines the wheels with a hub of our own design. JIS standard radial bearings are used to match the characteristics of strong, puncture-free tires. The tire pattern has horizontal grooves (lug type) on the ground contact surface, and has excellent traction power, making it suitable for high-load conditions such as heavy-load running of power-driven towing trucks. Think of a tire as being almost the same as a forklift.
-Cannot be used on public roads, vehicles, or farmland. For use only within the premises of manufacturing plants/distribution centers, etc. However, it is not suitable for use in areas where salt damage is expected as there are no measures against salt damage.

・This puncture-free tire for axles can be delivered including the axle for installation. Our company manufactures the axle as well. Also, if it is already replaced with an axle made by another manufacturer, it will not be compatible. Thank you for your understanding. *We do not submit processing drawings for the hub/axle. Thank you for your understanding.
・This product is also used in our on-site trailer. We also deliver tires/wheels as driving wheels.
■About maximum load and speed (experimental values)
15km/h and 20km/h are the load capacities based on experimental data from durability tests. When using it, please use it at a maximum speed of 10km/h.
*"Tahoe hub" refers to a combination of tires, wheels, and hubs (an acronym in the industry).
*The hub is a bearing component. A radial bearing is press-fitted there.
*Delivery time may take approximately 2 to 3 months for large orders.
