About This Product

■Urethane foam tires (hubless type) Tires for trolleys and carts

The inside of the tire is made of urethane foam (urethane with countless holes), so there is no need to worry about air adjustment or punctures. It has good elasticity and is resistant to rough roads, allowing you to drive on slightly rough roads. For tires for hand carts and agricultural carts. *Orange wheels are old models.

■No punctures and has elasticity.

Foamed urethane tires are tires made by adding a foaming agent (such as fluorocarbon gas) to urethane resin and foaming it. If you look at the cross-sectional view in the photo on the right, although it is an extreme cross-sectional view, there are countless holes in which air accumulates and improves elasticity. Urethane foam tires have less elasticity than pneumatic tires, but they have the advantages of puncture-free tires and the advantages of pneumatic tires. However, if you leave luggage on the trolley for a long period of time, the tires may deform, so please be careful when using the trolley. Suitable for lightly loaded trolleys.

■Urethane foam tire hubless type specifications

-Current product is silver (plated). (Old product has orange wheel color) ・The wheels of PU2.50-4HL are silver. *"Tahoe hubless" refers to a combination of tires and hubless wheels (an acronym in the industry). *Hubless wheels are wheels that do not have a hub. Instead, the bearings are press-fitted into the wheels. Can be used as caster wheels. Precautions when using industrial tires

■Applications

Industrial tires are used for transportation by being attached to transport carts and equipment and used to transport cargo intermittently using human power. It cannot be used for items that carry people or animals.

■Selection

The allowable load displayed is the maximum value. Please calculate the appropriate load separately for actual operation. (Example: Appropriate load = Allowable load of 1 piece x Quantity (4 pieces) x 0.7) *Please calculate by multiplying by 0.5~0.6 depending on the situation. *Please consider the appropriate load including the cart's own weight.

■About installation

When replacing, please select tires with the same settings such as tire size, shaft diameter, and boss width. Industrial tires are not general products for individuals. To prevent accidents, please note that you cannot use this product if you do not know how to install or process it.

■Usage speed

The basic speed is 4km/h or less. It is based on the walking speed of a person. However, this excludes casters for towing that have a separate speed description.
