About This Product

■Zero pressure tires (hubless type) Tires for trolleys and carts

Since the inside of the tire is hollow, there is no need to worry about air adjustment or punctures. It has good elasticity and is resistant to rough roads, allowing you to drive on slightly rough roads. Mainly used for trolleys and transport vehicles.

■No punctures and has elasticity.

Zero pressure tires are hollow tires, with a structure that has a small air space inside the thick tire. The load is supported by thick rubber, and the elasticity is achieved by the rubber and internal air. Zero pressure tires (hollow tires/hubless) have less elasticity than pneumatic tires, but they have the advantages of puncture-free tires and the advantages of pneumatic tires. We can recommend zero pressure tires to customers who are considering this. I really want pneumatic tires, but I'm really worried about them getting punctured. This product is being considered by those who are willing to sacrifice some elasticity. Learn more about zero pressure tires

■About tire structure

This tire is a puncture-free tire with a hollow part inside. This hollow part has a structure that communicates with the atmosphere through small diameter holes, and maintains almost atmospheric pressure regardless of uneven road surfaces, load fluctuations due to load, and temperature changes.

■Principle of synergistic elasticity

Solid tires such as unique tires utilize the elasticity of rubber itself. On the other hand, zero pressure tires (hollow) can be expected to have a synergistic elastic effect between the elasticity of the rubber and the cross-sectional deformation of the hollow part. Cushioning effect when driving on road surface

■For normal driving

In response to minute deformations in the tire's cross section due to uneven road surfaces, a small amount of air gently moves in and out of the tire's hollow space through small diameter holes. In this case, the small diameter hole has almost no restriction (flow velocity resistance) and is almost at atmospheric pressure.

■In case of sudden load fluctuations

In response to changes in internal pressure caused by sudden changes in tire load, such as when the tire runs over a bump in the road surface, internal pressure is generated by the narrowing effect of the small diameter holes mentioned above, protecting the tire from extreme deformation and damage.
