■Zero pressure tires (hubless type) Tires for trolleys and carts

■About tire structure

This tire is a puncture-free tire with a hollow part inside. This hollow part has a structure that communicates with the atmosphere through small diameter holes, and maintains almost atmospheric pressure regardless of uneven road surfaces, load fluctuations due to load, and temperature changes.

■Principle of synergistic elasticity

Solid tires such as unique tires utilize the elasticity of rubber itself. On the other hand, zero pressure tires (hollow) can be expected to have a synergistic elastic effect between the elasticity of the rubber and the cross-sectional deformation of the hollow part. ■For normal driving

In response to minute deformations in the tire's cross section due to uneven road surfaces, a small amount of air gently moves in and out of the tire's hollow space through small diameter holes. ■In case of sudden load fluctuations

In response to changes in internal pressure caused by sudden changes in tire load, such as when the tire runs over a bump in the road surface, internal pressure is generated by the narrowing effect of the small diameter holes mentioned above, protecting the tire from extreme deformation and damage.
