■No-puncture tires (hubless type) for hand carts and carts
Puncture-free tires (hubless) are made entirely of rubber, including the space where air enters the pneumatic tire. The load capacity is higher than that of pneumatic tires, but the drawback is that they lack elasticity and are heavier than pneumatic tires.
■No punctures, strong
Hubless type non-puncture tires (airless tires) have commercial bearings built into the wheels, just like caster wheels, and are often used in caster metal fittings. Non-puncture tires (hubless) have less elasticity than pneumatic tires, but have superior load capacity and are used for heavy hand-carried vehicles. Most of all, users are pleased with the fact that they do not puncture. Hubless types often have small diameter tires, and larger diameter tires have a full-fledged hub attached to the wheel. This type is used for handcarts and trolleys.
The hub type requires machining of the axle, but the hubless type has the advantage of being easily integrated into existing caster shafts and can be attached to many trolleys and carts. Pneumatic tires are used on a variety of vehicles, including cars and bicycles, and on transport vehicles. It's safe to assume that there are no tires that can replace it. The elasticity of the air pressure wrapped in rubber makes this wheel the best at alleviating vibrations and shocks. The bearing is driven directly into the center of the wheel.
The tires for UT2.50-4HL, UT3.50-5MT-HL, UT2.50-4WA-HL, and UT3.50-5WA-HL are made in Japan by Aichi Tire Industry. The tires for UT3.00-4HL and UT3.50-5HL are made in foreign countries.
■No-puncture tires, hubless type specifications
・UT3.00-4HL and UT3.50-5HL use tires made overseas. Models with "WA" have white tires.
・UT3.50-5MT-HL is a model that uses domestic tires in response to requests. (Production to order takes about 2 weeks). Please note that the tire outer diameter and width are different from the regular UT3.50-5HL.
