This is a one-rank higher model that uses Bridgestone tires and tubes. Mainly used for hand carts, transport vehicles, and casters.

■Pneumatic tire hubless type specifications
High quality tires (wheels) using Bridgestone Tire tires and tubes. For repairing trolleys.
・HC2.50-4HL, HC3.00-4HL, HC3.50-5HL wheels are steel (plated)
・HC4.00-8HL wheels are steel (cream exclusive color)
・HC4.00-8HL (Ⅱ) wheels are steel (orange)
*Axle not included. In principle, the customer should manufacture and procure the product according to the application. For the three types HC2.50-4HL, HC3.00-4HL, and HC3.50-5HL, some of our exclusive caster shafts are available.
■Caution
-Hubless wheels are wheels that do not have a hub. Instead, the bearings are press-fitted into the wheels. Can be used as caster wheels.
・In addition to the set, tires and tubes can be purchased individually.
■Wheel color and bearings can also be changed.
・Model: HC2.50-4HL, HC3.00-4HL, HC3.50-5HL can be modified as follows.
・Bearing changes and color changes are completely made to order. Usually about 1 month.
・Correspondence 1: Change from a press bearing to a bearing with a seal that is one rank higher.
・Support 2: In addition to plating, it is also possible to change the color to orange/black.

■Applications
Industrial tires are used for transportation by being attached to transport carts and equipment and used to transport cargo intermittently using human power. It cannot be used for items that carry people or animals.
■Selection
The displayed allowable load is the maximum value. Please calculate the appropriate load separately for actual operation. (Example: Appropriate load = Allowable load of 1 piece x Quantity (4 pieces) x 0.7) *Please calculate by multiplying by 0.5~0.6 depending on the situation. *Please consider the appropriate load including the cart's own weight.
