■High load urethane caster series Ⅰ
For use in machines installed in factories and heavy-duty carts on which steel materials and materials are placed in warehouses. We have prepared this product because there are many requests for smaller wheel diameters and urethane wheels instead of nylon wheels even for high loads. If the wheel diameter is the same, the swivel casters and fixed casters have the same pitch, so the arrangement can be changed to suit the application.
*When bolted. Cannot be installed by welding. Please be careful when installing.

When using casters for heavy loads, it is essential to install them on carts that will be left unattended for long periods of time on which equipment, steel materials, etc. will be placed, or carts that will not be moved frequently. Please note that at sites where there are not enough workers or when there is no assistance other than human power such as a forklift or unic, the casters may not be able to move even if they can withstand the load.

For heavy transport trolleys on which installation machines and materials are placed. We have prepared this product in response to many requests for a smaller wheel diameter even under high loads and for urethane wheels instead of nylon wheels. Urethane wheels with flexible caster stoppers.
