About This Product
■Smooth casters for manual push and towing for medium loads
Reduces noise compared to conventional standard press casters. The rotating part is equipped with two-layer thrust and radial bearings. The rotating shaft has measures to prevent it from loosening. The movement of the turning section is light and it is easy to change direction. The wheels are also a high quality model with radial bearings. Supports low speed towing up to 4km/h. (low speed 2km/h recommended for 100φ and 130φ)
■Intended use
Undercarriages for various transport vehicles in factories, transport vehicles for outdoor use, auxiliary casters for unmanned guided vehicles, etc.
■Double-layer bearing structure and bolt tightening measures (150φ, 200φ) make it suitable for towing (100φ and 130φ can be treated with anti-loosening solvent)
Models with stoppers are completely custom-made models, so please request a quote. In addition to rubber wheels, urethane wheels, nylon wheels, antibacterial white urethane wheels, Gen rubber wheels, and super solid wheels are also available. However, in the case of Gengomu, it can only be used by hand. *When using this caster, all models will have radial bearing specifications.
