Spray particles and spray liquid diameter measurement The MalverN Panalytical spray laser diffraction system measures spray particles and spray -droplet diameter in real time, and can use spray and aerosol products efficiently. This system is designed so that it can obtain a robust and reproducible liquid diameter data in response to the requirements specific to spray characteristics.

■ Overview

Based on more than 35 years of experience in the field of spray applications, MalverN Panalytical spray is provided with necessary data to grasp spray and granularization processes. Sprech has the following functions: ・ Compatible with measurement of various sizes (0.1 to 2,000 microns) due to optical exchange ・ Measure the liquid droplet that changes rapidly over time by performing up to 10,000 times per second. ・ Providing accurate results that are not influenced by concentration using a multiple scattering correction function that has been patented ・ We evaluate various spray spray characteristics without polluting the optical system. ・ Use your own software to display dynamic changes in spray particle diameter in size history. ■ MalverN Panalytical spray measurements of spray liquid and spray particle diameter using laser diffraction methods. The laser light measures the granular distribution from the light pattern scattered when passing through the spray. Then, analyze this scattered pattern and calculate the liquid diameter. The spray tech system is mainly composed of the following elements: ・ Laser light oscillation unit. Includes a parallel laser light source used for spray irradiation during measurement. ・ Laser optical light receiving part. You can install either two lenses (300mm or 750mm). As a result, the light scattered by the spray is applied to a series of detectors. The detector placed at a wide angle measures the intensity of light scattered by spray liquids accurately. ・ Optical bench. Modify the position of the transmitter and receiver. The length of the bench can be changed according to the application and can adjust the history.
