■Casters for heavy loads for towing, rubber wheels/urethane wheels
Standard casters are designed for hand trucks and are difficult to use in environments where they are forced to be towed by a power towing vehicle. Therefore, strength is required. In particular, swivel fittings with swivel function need to be sturdy. This is a product that has been thoroughly pursued.
■Caution
We do not support transportation vehicles that exceed the capacity of public roads, passenger cars, farmland, etc., such as on-site trailers.
■Towing structure. These are different from standard heavy load casters.
As a special feature, the swivel bracket has a built-in thrust bearing in the upper stage and a tapered roller bearing in the lower stage, ensuring smooth rotation function and long-term wear resistance under heavy loads. In addition, the wheel bearings use JIS standard radial bearings instead of commercial bearings.
■Rubber wheels and urethane wheels can be selected.
Rubber wheels for heavy loads, RG, have an allowable load that is approximately 1.5 times greater than rubber wheels for medium loads. It has excellent rebound resilience, absorbs shock even on slightly rough roads, and provides stable driving. Urethane wheels for heavy loads, RF, have an allowable load approximately 1.5 times greater than that of rubber. It has excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for use in machining factories, etc. Rubber and urethane wheels are available in sizes of 150mm and 200mm.
The disadvantage is that there is no setting with a stopper. If you need a stopper, please use the stopper rubber.
■Fixed casters
Fixed casters for heavy loads for towing. Casters with wheel rotation function to maintain straightness. Run the trolley so that it does not meander. The green ones are urethane wheels.
