About This Product
■Casters for heavy loads during towing
Can be used at speeds below 4km/h. This is not a medium-load product for hand carts. This is because there is less ``towing'' for medium loads. It is used in lightweight trolleys. When used for towing, ``sturdiness'' is required. We introduce casters that can be used for medium loads and traction.
■Caution
We do not support transportation vehicles that exceed on-site trailers, such as public roads, passenger vehicles, and farmland.
■The traction structure is different from standard medium load casters.
Standard casters are designed for hand trolleys and are difficult to use in environments where they are forced to be towed by a power tow vehicle. Therefore, strength is required. In particular, swivel fittings with swivel function need to be sturdy. This is a product that has been thoroughly pursued. Only 200mm is available for medium loads.
As a special feature, the swivel bracket has a built-in thrust bearing in the upper stage and a tapered roller bearing in the lower stage, ensuring smooth rotation function and long-term wear resistance under heavy loads. In addition, the wheel bearings use JIS standard radial bearings instead of commercial bearings.
■For medium loads, the flexible fittings that require a lot of strain are changed to ``towing (heavy loads)''.
For medium loads, swivel casters use heavy load flexible fittings for towing, while fixed casters, which require relatively less strain, use medium load fixing fittings. Both wheels are medium-load rubber wheels that use radial bearings. The disadvantage is that there is no setting with a stopper. If you need a stopper, please use the stopper rubber.
■Flexible casters
Casters are freely adjustable for loads during towing. Casters with swivel and wheel rotation functions. Especially when towing, the rotating parts are subject to loads, so the structure is sturdy. Adopts heavy load fittings (towing specification).
