About This Product
■Heavy door truck that can easily move heavy gates
Used when moving on a straight trajectory. Used for transporting heavy loads on tracks, gates, etc. Wheels larger than 75mm are made of ductile with double bearings and are sealed to resist dust. The metal fittings are made of steel plate with a Unichrome plating finish. The wheels are painted black.

This heavy door wheel is not a track guide wheel for equipment. If you are looking for accuracy, please consider LM guides (mechanical equipment parts). Use for purposes other than the intended purpose. It is the customer's responsibility. Please be careful. Also, we do not provide rails, so please purchase them yourself. There are no specified dimensions or instructions for the rail. We do not accept questions about rails.
The load is the breaking value per wheel. Please consider the load applied to the entire door roller. It is not the component load of each part.
■Heavy door truck ideal for heavy gates
There are heavy types of gates. Our gates are very heavy, but we have made them lighter by installing heavy door wheels. Previously, it was a caster (fixed type), and because it didn't have a rail, it didn't line up with the keyhole, so I had to move it over and over again to match the hole. This heavy door truck solved the problem (heavy, the keyhole doesn't fit). The wheels are painted black. RoHS compliant.
■V groove wheel
Because the wheel grooves are V-shaped, the wheels move toward the top of the V-shape, allowing the train to travel along the track rail while preventing derailment.
