■Quiet casters for plastic trolleys
These are casters used for silent push carts. To reduce noise, we have adopted nylon resin for the body and used radial bearings in the turning and wheel rotating parts to reduce noise.
■It's not just "quiet".
Not only is it quieter, it is also easier to push and has less resistance when turning. Additionally, when used in hand carts used to load vehicles, the weight of the cart will be lighter than steel casters. The wheels are made of gray rubber that won't stain the floor. Standard casters are designed for hand trucks and are difficult to use in environments where they are forced to be towed by a power towing vehicle. Therefore, strength is required. In particular, swivel fittings with swivel function need to be sturdy. This is a product that has been thoroughly pursued. However, it does not come with a stopper.

Plastic carriers are less likely to resonate with sound than steel carriers, so we sell them as ``quiet trucks'' by incorporating them into plastic carriers.
■Plastic trolley with silent casters (quiet running trolley)
This trolley has quiet running noise. By adopting a new design for the casters and table, we have achieved 20% quieter running, 40% lighter running time, and 20% lighter weight. In particular, the silent caster uses radial bearings in the swivel and wheel rotation parts, and the body is made of plastic that does not reflect sound. Ideal for walking in office aisles and library aisles.

Fixed silent gray casters. A combination of fixing metal fittings and gray rubber wheels to achieve straight-line performance. The gray rubber wheels have radial bearing specifications.
