■Stainless steel cold-resistant casters - compatible with -40℃ (completely made to order)
Cold-resistant stainless steel casters. Traditional cold-resistant casters were mostly made of steel and had low load capacity. The model, which was custom-made for customers who transport heavy items in freezers, has been changed to a grease that can handle temperatures down to -40℃, making it more affordable. Since this is a completely made-to-order item, it will take approximately 30 to 40 days after placing your order.
Cold-resistant grease is used on the rotating part of the swivel casters.
*Fixed casters are designed to be used together with swivel casters. The wheels are the same.
The disadvantage is that the wheels are hard, so the wheels may be damaged by impact in areas with rapid freezing or localized temperature drops. please note. (In experiments, it was damaged when the temperature dropped below -50 to -60℃.)
■About order handling
By using special cold-resistant grease on the swivel caster part, it can be used for short periods of time from -50℃ to -60℃ (1 hour). As an example, we received grease used in refrigeration equipment and sealed it in the rotating part. Our delivery record includes refrigeration equipment for export, frozen warehouses for markets, and frozen warehouses for seafood.
- Caster metal fittings are made of rust-resistant SUS 304.
-Four types of metal fittings are available: free, with a free stopper, fixed, and with a fixed stopper.
- Until now, cold-resistant casters did not have large loads. By using MC nylon wheels, you can choose from a wider range of load conditions than before.

Fixed casters that can be used together with swivel casters. *Cold-resistant grease is not used because there is no rotation. The metal parts are made of SUS. The wheels use SUS bearings to prevent rust from condensation.
