■Cold-resistant casters for medium loads, diene rubber wheels
Casters with wheels and grease that can withstand temperatures down to -40℃. The wheels are made of diene rubber and are colored red. We offer sizes of 100 to 200 mm for use with trolleys. Grease compatible with cold resistance -40 is sealed in the free rotation part. Suitable for freezing factories, freezers, cold regions, etc. Compatible with room temperature to -40 degrees. The wheels are made of elastic diene rubber. This caster is made to order: it takes about 4 to 5 days for actual production. *The fixed casters are regular Gen rubber wheels that can be used together (cold-resistant grease is not used).
■Safe because it is manufactured based on JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards)
Since they are manufactured according to JIS standards (Japanese Industrial Standards), they are compatible in most cases even if they are made by different manufacturers. It is also excellent in terms of security.
■Attachment to the trolley frame is bolted.
Structurally, it is attached to the vehicle body using a top plate, so if the vehicle body side is flat, you can obtain stability in terms of strength by tightening with four bolts.
■Supports environments up to -40℃
It can be used on trolleys used in frozen warehouses as it can withstand temperatures down to -40℃. Please note that rapid freezing may damage the wheels and metal fittings.
