By using iron wheels and eliminating bearings, we have eliminated the problem of bearing grease flowing out at high temperatures, making it possible to use it under high-temperature conditions. Also, by using iron wheels, the cost is lower than that of phenolic wheels. For heat-resistant environments such as manufacturing plants and repair shops. *Please refrain from using it in the design of furniture, fixtures, etc.
Heat-resistant grease is used on the swivel part. The grease itself can withstand temperatures of -10℃ to +200℃ when used in dry conditions. The metal fittings are made of steel. All of these models are made to order.
