About This Product

■Heat-resistant casters (special phenol wheels/heat-resistant rubber wheels) Heat-resistant wheels include special phenol wheels and heat-resistant rubber wheel casters. , -30°C to +230°C for 1 hour of continuous use, and +260°C for short periods of time (15 minutes). The wheel bearings use Teflon-coated stainless steel bushings, so they rotate well even under high temperature conditions. ■Used in various applications that require heat resistance. The metal fittings use super heat-resistant grease for the free turning parts. The grease itself can withstand up to +1,000°C when used in dry conditions, and up to +200°C in other cases. We have prepared both steel fittings and stainless steel fittings with excellent corrosion resistance. It can now handle most environments (-40℃ to +120℃) that MC nylon wheels could not handle. Applications include painting line trolleys, furnace trolleys, and oven trolleys in confectionery and bakery industries. We recommend that you cool down the product after approximately 1 hour of continuous use in an environment with a maximum temperature of 260°. Since the product is used under harsh conditions, harsh use may result in damage or shorten the product's lifespan. Heat-resistant rubber wheels should be used at a maximum temperature of 200℃. ■Specifications of heat-resistant casters -Special phenol wheels are hard and lack elasticity, so we recommend using them on relatively good road surfaces. ・We recommend that you avoid environments where water is used. Available in stainless steel to avoid corrosion. ・As it is made overseas, if it is out of stock, the delivery time will be longer. Unlike standard casters, they have disadvantages because they are used in harsh environments as mentioned above. Please understand this point before using the product. We offer ``steel'' and ``stainless steel'' (for those considering corrosion resistance). ■Fixed caster stainless steel fittings Fixed casters with heat-resistant resin wheels (special phenolic wheels). The heat-resistant resin wheels (special phenol wheels) have a color specification without bearings in order to be heat-resistant. The material of the metal fittings is stainless steel.
