■Foamed urethane tire casters for hand truck
These casters have elasticity close to that of pneumatic tires and do not puncture. It is often used in place of pneumatic tire casters for hand carts.
■Ideal for undercarriages of trolleys that travel on rough roads and steps, and is safe.
Urethane foam tires have a slightly lower buffering capacity than pneumatic tires, but they can be used with confidence. Additionally, the tires are molded with urethane foam, which absorbs more shock than solid rubber wheels. A non-foamed membrane is created on the installation surface during the manufacturing process, giving it a beautiful appearance and abrasion resistance. It is also lighter in weight, making it ideal for carts that are carried around. It also does not stain the floor surface.
A model with a stopper was released with the tire model change in 2017. Tire diameter 180mm → 175mm. The conventional 180mm product is out of stock and has been discontinued. We also use it for the plastic trolleys we sell.

Flexible caster. Casters with swivel and wheel rotation functions. The cushioning capacity is increased by incorporating foamed urethane tires.
