■ Overview

Marburn offers a variety of GPC/SEC columns for the molecular weight of various applications. In addition to a column for artificial polymer used in organic solvents, we also have water -based columns (used for polysaccharides and DNAs). There is also a silica -based column that can separate proteins. There is also a special column that supports polar solvents and cationic polymers. ・ Styrene divinylbenzene (SDVB) column for organic solvents soluble synthetic polymer ・ SDVB column is THF, DMF ・ Metacrylate column for water -soluble polymer and polysaccharide ・ Silica columns for protein ・ Column for polar solvent soluble polymer ・ Calam for strong cationic samples such as chitosan ・ Maximum size columns that maximize resolution and maximum linear maximum mixture size column ・ Guard caram that can be used for all applications ■ The polymer molecule dissolved in the moving phase passes through the GPC/Sec to. When passing through the column, a sample molecule enters the pore (pores) on the gel surface. Large molecules are eliminated from more pores, so they pass through the column faster and elute faster. Since the smaller molecules enter more pores, passing slowly and luts later. Thus, after the molecule is separated by fluid mechanical size, it is eluted from the column and is measured by one or multiple detectors.
