About This Product

These casters are ideal for transporting precision equipment and parts. Built-in small shock absorber absorbs shock and prevents vibration and noise while driving.

■Shock absorbers have better amplitude damping than springs.

By incorporating a shock absorber (oil damper) into the metal fittings, noise reduction, vibration and shock mitigation, and starting resistance are reduced. In particular, it has better amplitude damping than the spring type (faster and suppresses vibrations). This type is specially designed for environments such as electronic parts manufacturing factories, and has antistatic urethane wheels installed on the wheels. The metal fittings are made of stainless steel. If requested, we can also manufacture products using fluorine-based grease. The rotating part of the swivel fitting has a two-layer bearing structure.

■You can choose the standard load from 3 levels.

Standard loads -1, -2, and -3 have three holes on the side of the metal fittings. At that position, the absorber position is determined and at the same time the reference load can be adjusted.

■Ideal for hand carts with light loads.

There is a fixed metal stopper on the handle side, and a flexible metal fitting is placed in the front. At this time, please be careful about the installation method. Please install it so that the wheels are at the back when facing the direction of travel.

■About use

Not suitable for outdoor use. For electronic component manufacturing factories, laboratories, and laboratories.
