About This Product
Taking advantage of the characteristics of coil springs, we sought comfort when starting and driving. The effects are reduced noise, vibration and shock mitigation, and reduced starting resistance. Additionally, the spring is placed in the center of the metal fittings to absorb shock from all directions. For light to medium loads.
*Due to the characteristics of this shock absorbing caster, which contains a spring, it may feel a little heavier to turn than standard casters used in industrial products that belong to the medium load caster class, although this is compared to our company.
■Structure that emphasizes basics
Not only vibration and shock during driving, but also noise generation is reduced. By cushioning, there is less stress on the turning and wheel rotating parts and it lasts longer. The swivel caster swivels with double-layer bearings for smooth movement. Sealed radial ball bearings are press-fitted into the wheels. Quiet and smooth rotation and buffering without the need for additional grease injection. The mounting hole pitch etc. are the same as standard medium load casters, so if you want to improve the trolley for cushioning, you can simply replace it. The installation height will be slightly higher.
Suitable for light and medium-duty trucks.
