About This Product
Taking advantage of the characteristics of coil springs, we sought comfort when starting and driving. The effects are reduced noise, vibration and shock mitigation, and reduced starting resistance. In addition to the metal fittings, we also installed high-elastic zero-pressure tires on the wheels that touch the ground. However, the maximum load is lower than solid wheels. Therefore, I installed a weaker spring (yellow) than normal (red).
■Spring effect
You can get three results as a spring effect.
・The initial pressing force is different.
- Absorbs vibration and shock.
・Reduced noise. It's quiet.
It is expected that casters with such functions will be installed on trolleys in the future.
■Effects of zero pressure tires
We took advantage of the cushioning properties of tires and combined them with cushioning metal fittings. What's more, the tires are hollow, zero-pressure tires, so you don't have to worry about punctures. The load is supported by thick rubber, and the elasticity is achieved by the rubber and internal air. Zero pressure tires are available in sizes ZP6 x 2.00 (outer diameter 156 mm) and ZP8 x 2.00 (outer diameter 200 mm).
■Caution
・The spring will be weak (yellow spring).
・This type cannot be towed. Please use it as a hand truck.
■Fixed casters
Fixed casters with zero pressure tires. A combination of cushioning capacity (tires and springs) and fixing hardware to achieve straightness.
