About This Product

The use of springs reduces shock and reduces scratches and noise caused by transporting products. Reduces damage to luggage while driving. Ideal for transporting heavy precision parts, etc. It is most commonly used in automobile factories. By installing SST wheels (super solid rubber wheels) with high resilience, we sought comfort when starting and driving. The effects are reduced noise, vibration and shock mitigation, and reduced starting resistance.

■Relaxes and absorbs vibrations and shocks

The elasticity of the coil spring provides soft absorption. It reduces scratches caused by transporting products, so you can transport important parts such as precision parts with peace of mind. When vibration is expressed as a waveform, it can be suppressed to about half or less compared to regular casters. There are no cracks in the wheels, and the lifespan is approximately twice as long as that of regular casters.

■Pushing force is different

When pushing a trolley, the most force is required when starting it. For example, try pushing a cart loaded with 300kg to 500kg. It realizes a noticeably smoother start than regular casters. This is due to the selection of better parts than medium-load casters and the selection of SST wheels with high resilience. (Compared to our company) Polyurethane wheels also have less deformation under load, making it easier to push under heavy loads.

■Reduced noise. It's quiet

The noise values ​​of general casters are as shown below, but coil spring casters are approximately 15 to 20% lower than this value. In particular, noise during loading has been significantly reduced. *For general casters Empty state: 88db 500kg loaded state: 81db

■Highly effective if you use high-repulsion SST wheels

To summarize the characteristics of SST (super solid wheels), they have extremely low starting resistance, are durable, have high resilience, and do not generate heat at high rotation speeds. The wheel color is black.
