About This Product

This is a model that has been improved for heavy loads by taking advantage of the characteristics of coil springs and remains unchanged during startup and running. The wide wheels and steel plate frame increase the load capacity per wheel by 50% compared to conventional coil spring casters. (compared to our company). For transporting heavy objects.

■For towing trolley only

This model is designed for towing only. For indoor heavy object towing, AGV, etc. There are two types of wheels: 150φ and 200φ. We recommend a low speed of 4km/h.

■Relaxes and absorbs vibrations and shocks

The elasticity of the coil spring absorbs shock. This reduces scratches caused by transporting the product, so you can transport it with confidence. Two springs are positioned to withstand high loads when redesigning to a heavy load model.

■Compatible with conventional models

The mounting pitch is the same as the previous model, so they are compatible. However, the mounting height is 3mm higher for 150φ and 8mm higher for 200φ due to the thickness of the metal fittings.

■For towing trolleys of 1,000 kg or more

200φ has a maximum load of 1,000kg per wheel, making it ideal for towing trolleys for heavy objects (150φ has a maximum load of 800kg per wheel). However, there is no stopper setting as it is designed specifically for towing.
