The swivel part uses specially treated parts and has a structure that can withstand large impacts and long-term loads.The swivel part uses thrust bearings and tapered roller bearings. Extrathane®, a high-load urethane with wear resistance and high elasticity. Heavy-duty wheels made of a combination of polyurethane tires and cast iron core metal. Sealed radial bearings are used for the wheels, ensuring quiet and smooth rotation without the need for additional grease.
The thickness of the metal fittings (mounting seat plate/fork plate) is thick. Wheel diameter 150,200mm type (Mounting seat plate thickness 10mm/Fork plate thickness 8mm), Wheel diameter 250mm type (Mounting seat plate thickness 15mm/Fork plate thickness 12mm), Wheel diameter 300mm type (Mounting seat plate thickness 20mm/Fork plate thickness 15mm) ).
■Double caster fixed for super heavy loads
Fixed casters with high-load urethane wheels. Casters with dual wheel rotation function to maintain straightness. For BSD-GTH-250K and BSD-GTH-302K, the metal fittings have been changed from red steel plates to plated ones.
