About This Product

Super heavy load casters suitable for transporting heavy equipment. It can handle up to 3 tons with a wheel diameter of 200 mm, 2.5 tons with a wheel diameter of 150 mm, and 1.75 tons with a wheel diameter of 125 mm. Added 250φ.

■Super heavy load specification.

The swivel part uses specially treated parts and has a structure that can withstand large impacts and long-term loads.The swivel part uses thrust bearings and tapered roller bearings. The wheels are made of wear-resistant and highly elastic polymer cast nylon material. Sealed radial bearings are used for the wheels, ensuring quiet and smooth rotation without the need for additional grease. The thickness of the metal fittings (mounting seat plate/fork plate) is thick. Swivel casters with cast nylon wheels. A combination of flexible metal fittings and super-heavy-load wheels that achieve excellent turning. The rotating part uses thrust bearings and tapered roller bearings.
