About This Product
Casters for push carts that utilize towing caster technology. In particular, swivel fittings with swivel function need to be sturdy. This is a product that thoroughly pursues that goal.
■Caution
It is for hand truck. We do not support transportation vehicles that exceed handcarts, such as on-site trailers for public roads, passenger vehicles, and farmland.
■Different from standard heavy load casters.
As a special feature, the swivel bracket has a built-in thrust bearing in the upper stage and a tapered roller bearing in the lower stage, ensuring smooth rotation function and long-term wear resistance under heavy loads. In addition, the wheel bearings use JIS standard radial bearings instead of commercial bearings.
■One type and one size of wheels only.
RU, a high-repulsion urethane wheel for heavy loads, has an allowable load approximately 1.5 times greater than that of rubber. It has excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for use in machining factories, etc. One type of wheel size is 150mm. There is also a setting with a stopper.
■Flexible casters
Free press casters for heavy loads. Casters with swivel and wheel rotation functions. Heavy load models have a sturdy structure as the load is applied to the rotating part. Urethane wheel (RU) model is RUJH-Wheel outer diameter.
