About This Product

Casters for push carts that utilize towing caster technology. In particular, swivel fittings with swivel function need to be sturdy. This is a product that thoroughly pursues that goal.

■Caution

It is for hand truck. We do not support transportation vehicles that exceed handcarts, such as on-site trailers for public roads, passenger vehicles, and farmland.

■Different from standard heavy load casters.

As a special feature, the swivel bracket has a built-in thrust bearing in the upper stage and a tapered roller bearing in the lower stage, ensuring smooth rotation function and long-term wear resistance under heavy loads. In addition, the wheel bearings use JIS standard radial bearings instead of commercial bearings.

■You can choose from 5 types of wheels.

Rubber wheels for heavy loads, RG, have an allowable load that is approximately 1.5 times greater than rubber wheels for medium loads. It has excellent rebound resilience, absorbs shock even on slightly rough roads, and provides stable driving. RF urethane wheels for heavy loads have a permissible load approximately 1.5 times more than rubber. It has excellent oil resistance and wear resistance, making it suitable for use in machining factories, etc. Wheel sizes are available in 130mm, 150mm, and 200mm. (With some exceptions) 150mm is also available with a stopper. There is no stopper setting for 130mm and 200mm. There is no 200mm setting for R wheels. There are two types of MC nylon wheels: RR and UWB. The UWB series is a wheel machined from MC nylon.

■Freely (swivel) casters with stoppers Model JHB-Wheel outer diameter

Freely (swivel) with caster stopper. A combination of flexible metal fittings and wheels made of various materials to achieve excellent turning. The model numbers are RGJHB-Wheel outside diameter, RJHB-Wheel outside diameter, RFJHB-Wheel outside diameter, RRJHB-Wheel outside diameter.
