About This Product

Press casters for heavy loads. The steel plate of the metal fittings is thicker than those for medium loads, and the wheels are wider. In particular, the rotating parts of the flexible fittings, which bear the most stress, are heat treated to prevent localized wear caused by eccentricity. It has excellent turning performance.

■You can feel it by holding the casters.

When you actually hold a caster for heavy loads, you can see how sturdy it is. Thick steel plates are pressed into shape and each part is assembled. This is a solid product.

■The product consists of a combination of 3 types of metal fittings and 3 types of wheels.

There are three types of metal fittings: flexible metal fittings, flexible metal fittings with stoppers, and fixed metal fittings. There are three types of wheels: rubber, urethane, and MC nylon.

The wheel width is wider than for medium-duty vehicles, and the radial bearings are press-fitted into the bearings. The model numbers are RG-Wheel outside diameter, RF-Wheel outside diameter, R-Wheel outside diameter, RR-Wheel outside diameter.
