About This Product
Drum brake casters are products developed with a focus on the safety of drum brakes. This is a hand stopper that is operated with a lever at hand and applies a drum brake via a wire. Increases the safety of the trolley. It moves forward when you hold the lever, and stops when you release it. (*Reverse settings will be discontinued due to safety issues. Added on May 25, 2021)
Wheel types such as highly resilient SST wheels, white rubber wheels, and white urethane wheels are also available.
*Additional note: This is a stopper (parking stopper) only for stopping. We do not support deceleration or use/stopping on slopes. We are not responsible for any problems that occur outside of the settings.

■What is drum brake?
When you operate the lever, it is transmitted to the drum brake and stops the wheel. There is a drum next to the wheel, and the drum shoe inside the drum stops the wheel by coming into contact with the drum. The drum shoe makes contact with the inside of the drum so that the contact surface gradually increases. In the end, the contact surface becomes the entire inside of the drum, ensuring a secure stop. To operate, use a lever to move the brake shoe through a wire and bring it into contact with the inside of the drum.
■Specifications of drum brake unit casters
It has been designed to be able to be replaced with standard 200φ rubber wheel (or urethane wheel) fixed casters (corresponding to our WK-200 or UWK-200). The lever is set so that anyone can hold it. 1 set of 2 pieces. If you wish, please specify the length of the wire. When installing, adjustments such as effectiveness are required. Suitable for those who are usually engaged in the manufacture of trolleys. Please select rubber wheels or urethane wheels depending on road conditions.
