About This Product
MC nylon wheels have outer diameters ranging from 75 mm to 300 mm, and are weather resistant, so they do not deform easily and can be used for long-term storage or indoor trolleys that are left with luggage on them for long periods of time. Although the wheel material is compatible with temperatures from -40℃ to 120℃, please use it under normal conditions when using it as a caster.
There is no stopper setting.

Since they are manufactured according to JIS standards (Japanese Industrial Standards), they are compatible in most cases even if they are made by different manufacturers. It is also excellent in terms of security.
■Attachment to the trolley frame is bolted.
Structurally, it is attached to the vehicle body using a top plate, so if the vehicle body side is flat, you can obtain strength and stability by tightening with four bolts.
■There are two types of metal fittings. There is no setting for the stopper.
The wheel hardness is (R) 115-120. The disadvantage is that the stopper cannot be set.

It also has excellent wear resistance and starting performance. For environments where rubber and urethane are not suitable. This model does not have a stopper due to wheel hardness.
