About This Product
High repulsion medium load casters for hand carts. Used on carts weighing less than 500kg. Since it uses a structure that is used for towing, it also has good turning startability.
■Caution
It is for hand truck. We do not support transportation vehicles with contents that exceed the structure of hand carts, such as public roads, passenger cars, farm trailers, etc.
■Uses a different traction structure from standard medium load casters.
Standard casters are designed for hand trolleys and are difficult to use in environments where they are forced to be towed by a power tow vehicle. Therefore, strength is required. In particular, swivel fittings with swivel function need to be sturdy. This is a product that has been thoroughly pursued. Only 200mm is available for medium loads.
As a special feature, the swivel bracket has a built-in thrust bearing in the upper stage and a tapered roller bearing in the lower stage, ensuring smooth rotation function and long-term wear resistance under heavy loads. In addition, the wheel bearings use JIS standard radial bearings instead of commercial bearings.
■The flexible metal fittings that are a burden when turning are used for ``towing''.
For medium loads, swivel casters use heavy load flexible fittings for towing, while fixed casters, which require relatively less strain, use medium load fixing fittings. Both wheels are medium-load rubber wheels that use radial bearings.
The disadvantage is that there is no setting with a stopper. If you need a stopper, please use the stopper rubber.

Highly resilient rubber casters for medium loads can be freely adjusted. Casters with swivel and wheel rotation functions. A model with reduced swing starting performance that utilizes towing fittings. The wheels also use radial bearings.
