■Medium load caster rubber wheels with entrapment guard
Rubber wheel casters with a catch guard. The base is casters for medium loads. There are four settings: 100mm, 130mm, 150mm, and 200mm. 100φ and 130φ have changed from special orders to standard products. 75φ cannot be set. Contains bearings and is suitable for commercial use. As a repair part for trolleys, transport vehicles, and casters.
The advantage is that you can replace existing casters. However, the disadvantage is that it cannot be used in cases where the rolling guard interferes when the casters rotate. Clearance must be secured. The dimensions are JIS standard, so it cannot be used as a replacement for casters made overseas.
We recommend that you consider the advantages and disadvantages when making your selection. The wheels are black rubber wheels, but they can also be changed to urethane wheels, red rubber wheels, white rubber wheels, etc.
■Fixed casters with roll-in guard
Fixed caster settings are also available. The photo is 150φ. However, 150φ changed from a special order item to a standard item from September 1, 2017.
