About This Product
Casters are simple parts that hold the body and wheels of a trolley. There is no need to process the supporting parts of the vehicle body and wheels, resulting in excellent cost performance. Among these, the medium-load casters introduced here are the most widely used. Wheel diameters range from 75mm to 300mm, and there are a variety of materials, mainly rubber. Can be used for most trolleys.
■Stoppers are available on the right and left sides. Please choose according to your purpose.
・Example 1: When installing two swivel wheels with a stopper, please select two each of WJB-100 and WJBL-100.
・Example 2: If all four wheels are equipped with stoppers, please select one each of WJB-100, WJBL-100, WKB-100, and WKBL-100.
■Safe because it is manufactured based on JIS (Japanese Industrial Standards)
Since they are manufactured according to JIS standards (Japanese Industrial Standards), they are compatible in most cases even if they are made by different manufacturers. It is also excellent in terms of security.
■Attachment to the trolley frame is bolted.
Structurally, it is attached to the vehicle body using a top plate, so if the vehicle body side is flat, you can obtain strength and stability by tightening with four bolts.
■The product consists of a combination of 4 types of metal fittings and 2 types of wheels.
Since the type of metal fittings is fixed, we are able to deliver stable products.

Fixed casters with stoppers with rubber wheels. A combination of fixing metal fittings and rubber wheels to achieve straight-line performance. The stopper stops the wheel from rotating. Rubber wheels have excellent rebound resilience, reducing shock and providing stable driving even on slightly rough roads. Models with L are for left-hand brakes.
