About This Product

The HKS-9700 series is a new generation data logger that operates with "ultimately low power consumption" and can perform earthquake measurements with higher accuracy than conventional products.

■Ultra low power consumption

Low power consumption of 0.15W (24 hour average, 3 channels/±5V input type)

■AD function

27bit 132db 4 channels simultaneous sampling

■GPS time correction

・By fixing the position, time correction is possible from one satellite capture state. ・Acquired almanac information and ephemeris information can be retained even when the main unit is powered off.

■Data recording function

・Sampled data can be continuously recorded on CF card in WIN/WIN32 format. ・Supports large capacity CF cards (operation confirmed up to 32GB)

■Network function

・By incorporating an optional telemeter board, it is possible to construct an online observation point compactly.

■“Ultimate low power consumption” of less than 0.15W (24-hour average at 100Hz)

With a more thorough power saving function than ever before, it achieves low power consumption of less than 0.15W (24-hour average, 3 channels/±5V input type).

■27bit 132dB 3 or 4 channels simultaneous sampling

It has the ability to simultaneously sample 3 or 4 channels of analog input at 100Hz/200Hz 27bit. Sampling is synchronized with accurate time information obtained from GPS satellites, and is recorded on the CF card along with the time information. The dynamic range is over 132dB at 100Hz/27bit.

■Time can be corrected even from 1 satellite capture state

The sampling data is synchronized with accurate time information obtained from GPS satellites, and is recorded on the CF card along with the time information. Normally, it is necessary to capture three or more satellites to obtain accurate time, but by using fixed position mode, time calibration can be performed from one satellite captured. The acquired almanac information and ephemeris information are retained even when the main unit is powered off.

■Enlarge the waveform display on a large screen

An organic EL display is used as the display device. The large display screen makes waveform display much easier to see. In addition, you can select the display channel and change the display scale, so you can check the waveform in detail only on the main unit.
