・Highly concentrated reactive dye-dyed cotton fabric provides vivid hues. Particularly effective on black and navy blue. ・A dark color effect can be achieved with a single step of padding, drying, and curing. ・The texture after treatment remains unchanged or becomes slightly softer. ・Excellent processing stability. ・Do not use on directly dyed fabrics. ・Deep dyeing agent for cotton

■How to use

padding method ・Amount used: Please dilute Brighton HIT-18 to 3-5% with water. ・How to use Pad (squeezing rate 70-90%) → Drying (90-110℃) → Heat treatment (140-150℃ x 10-60 seconds) ・The optimal concentration varies depending on the material used. Please check the L value performance at a usage concentration of 1% to 7%. There is a point (equilibrium point) where no improvement in L value performance is seen even if the concentration used is increased, so the optimum concentration should be that concentration plus 0.5%. Processing at a concentration below the equilibrium point may cause processing unevenness or fluctuations in the L value. - Poor fastness due to abrasion or washing of processed fabrics is caused by the dye used and the dyeing method, so please select the dye accordingly. ・It is difficult to obtain a deep color effect with fixed-treated fabrics. Please use without fixing. By using JB-808, you can obtain the same effect as fix processing.
