About This Product

The newly developed product FX-806K is a new type of non-PFOA water repellent that imparts a high degree of deep color to all black-dyed fabrics, mainly made of black-dyed polyester fibers.

■Special feature

・Provides a high degree of dark color and water repellency. ・Washing-resistant water repellency can be obtained by using melamine together. -Especially effective on polyester, but also partially effective on other materials ・Excellent stability when mixed with other processing agents, melamine, antistatic agents, softeners, etc. ・Gives a slightly flexible bulky texture, combined with KC silicone MA-11 for high flexibility ・If you want to obtain higher color density, use in combination with Brighton 1552. ・Excellent processing machine stability.

■How to use

The standard usage amount is as follows. ・IPA (as a penetrant) (general single formula 2%, washing durable water resistant formula 2%) ・Maxguard FX-806K (general single formula 3~4%, washing durable water resistant formula 4~5%) ・KC Elecon HC-61 (Washing durable water resistant formulation 1%) ・Melamine resin (washing durable water resistant formulation 0.3%) ・Catalyst (Washing durable water resistant formulation 0.1%) ・Pad, drying, heat treatment
