Surface treatment of electronic components produced in small quantities and in a wide variety of products that require strict quality. The jet plating device HOBJETⒸ provides the solution. Since it is a cassette system, it is easy to move between tanks from pre-treatment to plating to post-treatment. A wide range of applications are possible, from small-scale prototype production to mass production. Features of HOBJETⒸ

■Jet mechanism

・Spray the plating solution inside the barrel to make the solution concentration uniform ・Constant filtration with a filtration filter ・Improvement of plating quality and reduction of thickness variation

■ Inclined/horizontal barrel

・Slanted/horizontal barrel head can be selected according to the shape of the part ・No parts deformation ・Since it is a lidless method, no jamming occurs.

■Workability

-Cassette type for easy attachment and detachment ・Pre- and post-processing can be done using the barrel table - Easy sampling during processing

■Barrel head

・Barrel head can be replaced freely - Barrel head size can be selected as an option

■Lead stick

・Lead (cathode) tip can be replaced with a screw type
