About This Product

In order to handle the plating of electronic parts and precision mechanical industrial parts whose shapes are becoming smaller and more complex, we have developed NEUBⒸ, an innovative precision rotary plating barrel with high functionality. NEUBⒸ has a unique mechanism that moves up and down as the rotational speed changes, which enables it to evenly distribute the parts inside the barrel and to forcibly exchange the electrolyte inside and outside, demonstrating excellent performance. With NEUBⒸ, the rotation speed changes with each rotation of the drum, and the drum itself moves up and down. The unique movement of NEUBⒸ randomly stirs the parts to be plated, and the vertical movement promotes the discharge and infiltration of the internal electrolyte. NEUBⒸ's motion changes are not controlled electrically, but instead employ a highly reliable mechanical mechanism patented by SKK.
