The thermal expansion coefficients of carbide and base metal are about twice as different, which causes problems with temperature changes and placement distortion. In addition, repair polishing disrupts the balance between the carbide and the base metal, causing distortion. In order to overcome this problem, processing has been added in terms of base metal selection and heat treatment, and aging deterioration can be suppressed as much as possible.

■Thin blade solves the problem of small diameter workpieces

By selecting base metal materials and heat treatment technology, we offer a lineup of ultra-thin blades for small diameter workpieces with dimension A shown on the right. Can be used depending on usage conditions

■Carbide joint brazing blade

Centerless blades are generally made by splicing together 100mm long pieces of carbide. Many conventional products have gaps at the joints, and these gaps can cause scratches on the product during the polishing process. At our company, we utilize our many years of experience in making knives to create products with as smooth joints as possible.

■Carbide seamless blade

We have developed a seamless center blade (1 genuine carbide). Ideal for processing products that require particularly high surface roughness during final finish grinding, etc. We manufacture with one chip up to 1,500mm. ・Products that prevent aging ・Accuracy: 0.003/100 (accuracy/flatness mm)

■Ceramics blade

Suppresses spiral scratches that occur during grinding. Ideal for stabilizing processing quality during final finishing. Representative dimensions

■Thin blade

Tip thickness 0.3~2mm *Please contact us regarding ultra-thin blades less than 0.3mm.

■Long blade through feed type

Up to length 1,800mm

■Long blade infeed type

Length 600mm, blade length up to 400mm
