Features

■Uses our unique adhesive technology

By using our unique bonding technology, we are able to bond rare metals only in the areas necessary for cutting, making it possible to propose cutlery with minimal initial costs. Additionally, the amount of rare metals used can be reduced, making the product environmentally friendly.

■ Realization of longer life with cemented carbide

By adopting adhesive technology, it is now possible to use cemented carbide with excellent wear resistance, which allows a good cut surface to be maintained for a long time, leading to improved productivity by reducing downtime.

■Improvement of processing quality for various materials

Even for difficult-to-cut materials such as non-woven fabrics and composite materials, we have developed our own unique cutter design (shape design, material selection, heat treatment, and processing) that is suitable for each component, based on our track record and experience gained through research and supply of cutlery to other fields. We will help customers solve their problems (burrs, uncut parts, etc.) using our technology.
