Features

■Comparison of setup time

By removing the circular saw-shaped disc, all blades can be replaced at once, and the replacement time is 3 to 5 minutes, regardless of the number of blades. Compared to replacing inserts one by one, the time required to replace blades can be significantly reduced. In addition, since there is no need to adjust the blade edge deflection at all, setup time can be significantly shortened to less than one-tenth when compared to existing insert type face mills. ■Torque wrench

When installing the disc on the disc, please manage the torque according to the attached instruction manual. Installation without torque management will lead to deterioration of the cutting edge deflection accuracy.

■Center bolt

Please check whether your face mill arbor is FMH type or FMA/FMB/FMC type, and use the center bolt that matches the arbor.
