About This Product

■Summary

Our unique coating technology provides an overwhelmingly long life when cutting steel pipes.

■Features

・Provides high chipping resistance due to the special blade shape, resulting in a longer tool life. ・Since the disk in the head is replaceable, tool management is easy and the body can be reused. ・Ensures the accuracy of the cutting edge deflection by simply tightening the disc bolts using the specified torque wrench. ・High efficiency machining: Special multi-blade specifications are also available.

■Comparison of setup time

By removing the circular saw-shaped disc, all blades can be replaced at once, and the replacement time is 3 to 5 minutes, regardless of the number of blades. Compared to replacing inserts one by one, the time required to replace blades can be significantly reduced. In addition, since there is no need to adjust the blade edge deflection at all, setup time can be significantly shortened to less than one-tenth when compared to existing insert type face mills.
