・The membrane structure has excellent membrane toughness, adhesion, and abrasion resistance, which prevents the membrane from cracking, peeling, and abrasion due to shock loads and friction with the workpiece material when cutting steel pipes with a press cutter. ・By using a film type with excellent heat resistance, we suppress the deterioration of the film due to heat generated during cutting. ・Since a large impact load is applied to the cutting edge when cutting steel pipes, we have achieved both wear resistance and toughness by optimizing the heat treatment conditions of the blade body and the construction of the cutting edge.
